Creative Companionship Camp

In its first two years, the Indigenous Film Academy emphasized the philosophy that "the process matters more than the outcome." Participants from various tribes brought their unique stories, and the academy provided a safe and supportive space to foster creativity and cultural exploration.

Now in its third year, the academy is hosting a three-day retreat at P'uma Primary School, Taiwan's first Tayal experimental school. The retreat features film screenings, discussions led by Principal Pilin Yabu and Director Su Hong-en, as well as opportunities for participants to share and refine their work collaboratively.
